How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery on consumable items such as toners and printers, will normally be next day, however we are unable to guarantee this. An email will be sent confirming payment and advising of a delivery day. Drums and maintenance kits may be shipped with a 2 day lead time. With larger multifunctional machines, we advise 4-5 days. We do offer an additional installation service and should you want to discuss this option please contact us on 0845 257 7750.

Can you tell me how my order is sent/which courier do you use?

With smaller items UPS are used and from dispatch all items are traceable. With palletised items, SW logistics will deliver, or if you decide to have our own installation service, one of our trained engineers will deliver and install.  Please note: a signature is required on all deliveries.

What should I do if my item is damaged upon delivery?

You must report the damage immediately to our hotline 0845 257 7750 or via email to sales@shop4utax.co.uk stating equipment, name and contact details. We will issue a RMA number and arrange for the goods to be replaced.

What do I need to do if I want to return an item?

In most cases a call to the manufacturer will resolve any technical issues you may have with the goods, you may be offered a replacement or repair under the terms of your warranty. If you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first call our hotline on 0845 257 7750 to discuss your request. If within 7 working days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call us on 0845 257 7750 and you must confirm your request in writing or another durable medium including letter, fax or email. Our email address is sales@shop4utax.co.uk . We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. A phone call only is not enough. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions.

Will I get a full refund inclusive of shipping costs?

A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. However, business users will be charged an administration charge of 20% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to us. For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days the latest. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.

I need general advice on machine functionality/specifications. Who should I call?

Call our sales team on 0845 257 7750 or email sales@shop4utax.co.uk with contact details and we will call you at a time to suit you, we are experts in specifications and functionality of all of our products, so should be able to answer your questions We have direct access to the manufacturers technical teams so if we don’t know the answer, we will find it .
